Irfan

Originally from Mumbai, 21 years old Irfan lived with his father, Mohammad Sabir Ansari, mother, Sakina Fatima Ansari and three brothers. His father worked as a labor while his mother was a housewife. He faced a lot of problems to complete his education. His father was the only person in the house who earns for the family. He managed a lot to complete HSC and B.Sc-IT.

Irfan wanted to improve himself to get a suitable job to start his career and to support his family. He was weak in his communication skills. This was the main reason for his inability to clear job interviews. He wanted to take a training to make him well groomed and develop his personality. So he was looking for a training program which will help him.

He came to know he Youth Development Programme in Goregaon(West), Mumbai and encouraged by the good reviews of the courses, he enrolled himself in the training programme. He remained focus in his training and helped himself to overcome all barriers. He improved a lot in his communication skills and starts speaking English fluently with the support of the trainers.

After the completion of the training programme in gave job interviews in NIIT Foundation and Big Bazar. He got selected in Big Bazar and is now earning a monthly salary of Rs. 11,416/- with incentive. Now he is improving his professional life and working hard to lead a quality life. His family is happy and extremely grateful towards Asha Deep Foundation and Bank of America for support to make him financially independent.
